Though engagement with the channel partners is at the core of the company's way of doing business, Chai Pe Charcha takes it a step forward. Through this activity, the leadership team is encouraging each and every field team person to reach out to all the stakeholders in their region through a personal meeting to share the Snowcem commitment and vision of delivering on performance, sustainability, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility.

Through these interactions Snowcem is also gathering actionable feedback, so the company is able to serve its partners better and ultimately the goal of customersatisfaction.
