Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Snowcem Paints promotional scheme is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligible Products & Dealers: All Snowcem Paints products are eligible under this scheme. The scheme is applicable to all dealers.
2. Billing Verification: All eligible billings will be verified by Snowcem Paints. Unique draw codes will be generated after verification and communicated to the dealer via email.
3. One-Time Lucky Draw Winner: A dealer who wins a prize in the daily lucky draw once will not be eligible to win again in any subsequent daily lucky draw during the scheme period.
4. Mega Draw Eligibility: Dealers must achieve eligible billing of at least ₹10,000 on each of four separate days during the scheme period to qualify for the Mega Draw. Billing will be calculated net of cancelled invoices, credit notes, returns, and other ineligible transactions, as determined under the scheme.
5. Mega Draw Unique Code: Every dealer who qualifies for the Mega Draw will be issued only one unique draw code, irrespective of the number of eligible billings made during the scheme period.
6. Prize Distribution & Scheme Modifications: Prize and voucher distribution will be subject to applicable processing timelines. Snowcem Paints reserves the right to modify or amend the scheme terms and conditions. The decision of Snowcem Paints shall be final and binding.
7. Acceptance & Disputes: Participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

By participating in the scheme, dealers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
